Hello, I have a 55 Gallon freshwater planted tank.
I keep several amano and cherry shrimp, 2 pigme corys, 3 otocinclus, and 8 white cloud minnows.
My water parameters:
PH 7.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
KH 120ppm
GH 120ppm

3 days ago after a water change and cleaning i got 9 green neon tetras from my local store and added them to my tank.
yesterday i noticed a couple of them had white cloudy top fins like in the pictures i attached. I removed the 3 that had this issue and put them in a 1 gallon with some ich meds. Today i woke up to 2 of the 3 i removed being dead. As well as 2 in my main tank being dead and 1 of the remaining 4 in the main tank now has the same white top fin issue. from my research it seems maybe fin rot?
Would the white clouds bully my neons?
I also attached a photo of the dead ones. the one on the left was in the main tank and stuck to the filter, but i noticed it doesnt seem to have any fins left and makes me think something was picking at him. Maybe after he was dead though?
My local store is not taking responsibility. Hoping i can find a way to save the last few.
