OMG! That looks just like MY pet fish. (I don't just sell fish) His name is icicle. Very sweet got him recently few months ago. He is more of an aqua color though. He is a half moon male dragon scale albino seashell betta fish. I couldn't get my own pic here but it looks almost identical to the one below.

I personally prefer dwarf gouramis but I have to admit those are some beautiful fish.
