I have a 15gallon tank, AquaClear 30 gallon filter. The tank have 2 small goldfish. 3 days ago I did a water change, it started to have foam bubbles on the top of the tank. When I did the water change, I also changed the carbon filter. Typically for a water change, I vacuum the tank, clear the glass, 25% to 30% water change, added Nutrafin water conditioner, and Seachem Stability about 2 hours later (once a month only).

In the last two days, the surface started to have foam bubbles on the surface. The tank is 6month old.
I did water check, all it fine. There is no smell from the water tank. I removed the bubble with paper towel, but is comes back like this about 12 hrs. I don't think it is from soap, because it doesn't have the rainbow colour.

The goldfish seems to be okay, still active like before.
What should I do to clear up this foam bubbles? Should I change to all new filters, with a good tank cleaning and change water?

First just try skimming the water with a fish net to see if it will go away. If that doesn't work it might not be bubles.
