Well my husband bought the 75 gallon, stand, filter, heater and air pump for me as my xmas gift!!

I am excited to be able to get another denison to make a school of 5, and 3 more rainbowfish to make 5 once I get it all set up! I just need to find a proper light to grow plants with.

i used the Fluval aqua life and plant LED on my 75 for plant growth. It's a fantastic light If you're willing to spend the money
Thanks!! I will look out for a sale on that one. I probably won't be setting the tank up until November or December anyway so I can look around for a sale on the light.

Yes! I will post pics once it is up. Likely not until late fall. I love my Dennisons too. They are beautiful and fun to watch, and very peaceful with all other fish... even neons.

Where did you buy yours? I have not found many stores that stock it.

In other news, I just ordered the media for my Rena Filstar XP-3! I ended up with a canister after all. Ordered 4 different kinds of pads, bio stars, carbon, and a phos sorb (not sure if that is necessary, but I hate diatoms!). Going to get that up and running on the 45 soon to cycle the filter in prep for setting up the 75.
