A ghost shrimp MIGHT be able to evade the ever hungry goldfish. In doing so, it would certainly evade you as well, so one might ask why bother... know what I mean?

Assuming you take good care of your fish, those goldfish are on borrowed time in that tank, so I hope you'll be able to accommodate their growth with a much larger tank in the not so distant future.

Danios and goldfish are not a good mix as its likely once the goldfish grow up they will est the danios. Comet goldfish grow up to or in excess to a foot in length, and as a result a 25g isnt an appropiate long term setup. Ideally your looking for arpund 75g for one goldfish and then every additional (which is reccomended as they are social) 20g. Its commonly reccomended to keep goldfish in a large pond or at least a 125g.
