So I was thinking about getting another angelfish to go in my 29 gallon aquarium. I already have a small little runt angelfish could I put another one that I know will grow to full size in the tank with it and the other fish.

Unfortunately a 29 gal is too small to keep that many Angels in. If you look at the profile for Scalare Angelfish the recommendation for a group is a 4 foot long tank at least 55 gallons. A mated pair could be kept in a 29 gallon, but I would not add any more angels to your current tank.

Also if the info in your signature is what the stocking on your 29 gallon I would say that you are fairly stocked. You may also run into issues with your kribensis and Angels especially is the kribs pair up and start to spawn. Kribensis can be aggressive to other cichlids.

Angelfish are very aggressive (they are cichlids after all) and not community fish. I had 5 in my 90g heavily plated tank (see my avatar), and after two of them paired up and started breeding they killed the other three angels. They also attacked anything that came near their eggs (including me). They wouldn't just scare them off, they actually chased them all throughout the tank with the intent to kill. If I were you I would be more concerned with adding more hatchets since they're a social fish that prefers to be with more of they're own species.

I also had a breeding pair of kribensis (also cichlids) in this tank, but luckily they just stayed in their spot under the driftwood and very rarely bothered anyone since the others quickly learned to stay away from there. Keep in mind though that this was a 90g tank with plenty of hiding places; the other fish my not fare so well in 29g where there isn't much space to be able to stay out of the way.
