i started feeding my fry with crushed flakes wen they were 3 days old, i now feed them twice a day and they r growin really well!!

then its cool to start feedin them as they r free swimming, i heard somewhere the best thing to do is get some flake food, put in a little bag and mash up between fingers. u use the smallest flakes from very bottom of pot!
