They are! After looking into the seller more, he has access to take better quality pictures. I find it VERY fishy that he would post such a low quality picture.
And I've been speaking with some cory breeders, the information he posted in slight inaccurate and the fish aren't as rare as he is making them out to be. Uncommon, but not extremely rare.

Yeah. If I find a school of them reasonably priced, and not from a fishy seller, I'll snatch them up! Otherwise, the Julii are my next choice.
