I do use it because it's got plankton, spinach, lettuce and other veggies added that you don't get with the other frozen options. The fish love it :thumbsup:

Thanks, Romad. I'm having trouble locating it. haven't seen it at my LFS or Petco or Petsmart. I hate to order it online too, as I'm afraid it would be thawed out by the time it got here.

Forget ordering it online - they have to ship next day on frozen food so it will cost you two or three times as much as the actual food. I don't see it often but grab it when I do. I'm pretty sure I get it at Petco :dunno:

Oldfishlady told me how you can make your own fish food. She used raw shrimp, blanched spinach, and raw garlic all mashed into a paste. You can add other leafy greens to the mix. Put the paste into a ziploc bag and freeze it. Then you can break off the amount you want and thaw it in some tank water. My fish loved it!
