My guppies are dying. They are sick for weeks before they die. Water quality is great. Symptoms include fading color on tail, becoming skinny, bent spine while there was no previous deformity, wobbly swimming, some float with tail pointing straight down when they are holing still, mostly has only been the large females who die. They were all doing great when they were in my smaller tanks, has been no fry born in the months they have been in the large tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would help to know the exact parameters and temp instead of "They're great"
However, it sounds like an internal parasite. Nasty little things...do the fish still eat like normal while they're getting skinny? That's a sign of parasites. Once they get very thin their backs start to curve because the parasite is stealing all of their nutrients and causing vitamin and calcium deficiencies.
Try using a potent internal parasite medication. General Cure accompanied by salt and heat can work sometimes, but it's better to find one you can feed them and use salt and heat as well to kill any living ones or eggs that may come out or be eaten off bodies if you miss one who died or is dying.
There could be other possibilities, but we'd need your exact tank water parameters, temp and tank size, as well as how many fish you have and what kind of filter...and also how often and how much you clean the tank.

Hi I also got spine malformations on my guppys (there all dead now 
) anyway it could be because of their place of the water you got (rivers,lakes) they are always infected and they could be with parasites like what Sylverclaws said, so try using boiled water.

Spine malfunctions...when born that way it happens when they're in a bad spot inside mom, sometimes from being inbred...but when they develop the curved spines after birth, it's usually from a calcium deficiency....but if it killed them it was likely from a parasite cause that took all their nutrients, TB can also kill them and cause curved spines...few other nasties can.Hi I also got spine malformations on my guppys (there all dead now
