Hi All, I'm not sure if my Cory's have Columnaris or if it's just a fungal thing? I've pasted the below to help identify hopefully and added a picture but I'm not sure 😞

7. Were the fish placed under quarantine period (minus the first batch from the point wherein the tank is ready to accommodate the inhabitants)? Quarantined at my LFS but not at home.

8. a. Any live plants? Fake plants? All live plants
b. Sand, gravel, barebottom? Sand
c. Rocks, woods, fancy decors? Any hollow decors? Normal rock and bogwood

9. a. Filtration? Fluval 307
b. Heater? Aqua one 300w

10. a. Lighting schedule? What lights are used? Fluval 3.0 LEDs for 6 hours
b. Any sunlight exposure? How long? None

11. a. Water change schedule? 10% daily
b. Volume of water changed?
c. Well water, tap water, RO water? tap water
d. Water conditioner used? SeaChem Prime
e. Frequency of gravel/sand (if any) vacuumed? Daily basic, twice weekly for deeper cleaning.

12. Foods? Protein Cory pellets / frozen Tubifex
How often are they fed? Attempted daily but refuse to eat a lot.

13. a. Any abnormal signs/symptoms? White cloud over body
b. Appearance of poop? Normal
c. Appearance of gills? Normal

14. a. Have you treated your fish ahead of diagnosis? Yes
b. What meds were used? Waterlife Myxazin

15. Insert photos of fish in question and full tank shot if necessary.
