hi there i am new here any body tell me the best tank mates for convict cichlids?

i have got 1 convict in at 115-120 gallon tank

and the only other fish is a common plec

i dont want to breed any of the fish so not looking for pairs

i just want to know the best tank mates for convicts

In that size tank you have many options. Jack Dempseys, Firemouth, Oscar, Severum, Texas, Synspillum are a few that would work. Keep in mind the aquascape should have lots of wood and caves to provide cover and break line of sight.
