TR did you build a closed loop that hangs over the glass? A friend of mine built one like that but had problems with getting it started. He glued a TEE in place of the 90 that was below the water line. To one side he put a valve. On the other side of the valve he put a barbed fitting and some tubing. That way he could suck the water over the tank with the tubing. Once the suction was started he closed the valve.
Thankfully it appears he did not. To much time went into making a great tank. TR can you fix another 90 and a piece of pipe to the last output 90 so that it points out of the water? If so you could suck water to the pump through that.
I think i understandl, i could just leave the parts that are in the water unglued so i can take them off and suck the air out of it.
Ya mike(both) iv decided on some stuff. Im not doing a sump and im going to a furniture store soon and im gunna buy a nice stand for it and its going in my basement. Mike did you get my email? Its not inportant now though.
