There are ingredients in that that should not be in a fish tank.

May I ask why you considered using this?

In my region, plant food is not actively available, neither some concentrates for balancing electrolytes. That is why i thought of using ORS. And the salts are basically for balancing electrolytes as some of my fish are sitting on tank floor with no apparent signs of any disease.

What are the fish species? What size tank? How long has it been set up? Have you checked water parameters and conditions, like temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate?

Salt is very detrimental to many fish, particularloy soft water species. If there is an issue with your fish, we can help you to identify it and with that find the best solution.
