My female guppy, who is about 2 weeks pregnant, suddenly has gotten less active, not as interested in food, and I see some lumps in her belly. One is pinkish. I hope you can see what I'm referring to in the attached pic. Not sure how to treat her, as I don't know what she has! Costia? Septicemia? Columnaris? Parasite? I have Maracyn, Maracyn II, Furan II, Kanmycin and Methylene Blue on hand. Thank you in advance!

Oh, she's in a 20 gal. tank with two CPOs an oto and 5 female betta, and they all get along great. Ammonia is 0, Nitrite 0, and Nitrate runs between 10-20. I just did a 50% water change this morning after I noticed her condition. I normally do a 30% water change once a week. She is fed Omega One flake, shrimp pellets, betta pellets, krill, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, spirulina brine shrimp, Emerald Entree, bloodworms, daphnia, tubifex and earthworm pellets, so she gets a varied diet. Thanks again!

it may be a good news, these signs show that you would soon get guppy fries swimming in your tank.if you want more fries alive then separate your guppy from others but don't forget to use a fry trap.best of luck for the new comers..................
