Again,
love the decorations, the fake plants almost look real and you have a cool feature/cave in there. I've got to say, the marbles dont look so great. If you like the colorful look go with blue gravel. But more natural is black. Either would look good, but not marbles.

A cool idea, if you like colour, is to have black gravel, and just add a handful of blue or green to mix in.

i have updated my tank by changing the marbles/glass rocks to a river rock look..i will take pics and update as soon as i can! thanks everyone for all of your help..

here are the new pics...they were taken in the evening with the dark curtains drawn, which is why they look so dark, also im still waiting for the filter to finish cycling out the cloudiness...anyways...enjoy! feedback appreciated!

it sure is hard to take pics of these fish...either that or im not doing it right...im wondering what the art of taking fish pics is? is there a specific way to do it? i would really love to hear what Blue has to say...

well, he was in the Red Velvet tank at the store, the fish guy said he was a Red Velvet and I also looked it up online, and i think that the tuxedo swords have some black on them, and he is blood red with a lighter red/orange fins..



thats why i thought he was a Red Velvet...

I might be seeing things. Your pic seems to show your sword with black coloring.

well, like i said, BAAAAAAAAAD pics...i wish you would tell me how you take such good ones...is it just my lighting? he doesnt have any black...just DEEEEP red....

You need the daylight(light tube) to get good pics. If not, try if the flash mode in your camera will make good pics.:)
