does any one have experience with breeding shrimp, what type is the easiest(besides ghost)? how big of a tank will the shrimp need?

could i also breed guppies in this tank with the shrimp also.(im doing it partly for food for my mudskippers)

i will get a seperate aquarium for breeding, mostly for the fun of it but partially for the food source, on looked on a website and cherry shrimp were 6 or 7 bucks a piece and said very few have bred them, is this right?

is there a pleco small enough to fit in a 10 if not what is the smallest tank it could fit in
