I currently have an empty 10 gal running.

I feed my hatchling turtle in it so that he can poop in it. He then goes back to his tank after he poops.

There is a fluval 3 PLUS internal filter running 24/7. Its been running for about 3 days now.

I think il have to remove the filter because the fry get suckd into it.

Heres what im getting.

Clamp Lamp for lighting
3 Female fancys 1 male fancy
A hang over Heater for heating. The temps gonna be at 80 F
Thermometer
and javamoss

Il add buy the guppies in about a week or two.

lol the way you say it makes me think "CUUUTE!" lol you might think me craxy=P but i cant stop imagining a baby turtle pooping in an empty aquarium. loool. well having a ir pump is optionla. if your filter breaks the surgavcve tension of the water enough to let the co2 be exchnged with o2 then its probably not too bad as seeing the baby fish is small and assumably take little 02. maybe put a plant in there? my filter trickles water and i put a little stream of air to counter the flow as seeing my fry (guppes (14)) dont look like they have much fun with being rammed by the current. but i dont think you need an air pump. are yuo going to get a powerfilter? or are you using the air pump as a filter. or like a filter that uses air. lol 3-1 lucky male =P

Hmm i dont know where to get the sponge to cover the intake.

What is filter floss? Ive never seen/heard of it. How much it costs?

So i dont need an airpump? Theres gonna be alot of fry breathing

Sorry to say but Im gonna feed the moms and dad to my turtle after they breed and the 10 gal will only have Fry.

Charles, pls just post the link of your thread(with all tank shots) from the Freshwater Photos and Videos section rather than posting all photos in someone's thread which could result into total hijack of the original topic.
