Okay,
So my Blood parrot has been floating on it side for a little while. At first I thought that it was just something with its float. But it started to get pale and a bump started to appear. I am really worried about it, I don't wanna lose my fish. If someone has anything that could be helpful that would be great.
Thank you.

I am sorry to hear of your fish troubles. I have on 3 different occasions saved a fish from bloat by spending some time standing at the tank holding my fish upright in my hand and gently gliding it back and forth slowly. It holds them up and gives them a rest for a few minutes and I think moving them back and forth slowly keeps water moving thru their gills. Sometimes they freak out and dash away and often they have a big "poop' and then once again return to the surface at which point I hold them upright for awhile again.
The last time I did this was a Pineapple Swordtail about 2 months ago and I still have her. She is either very pregnant or I may be dealing with this again.
This may seem utterly ridiculous but it may work for you if you have the time to give it a try. Good luck.
