do assassin snails pose any risk to shrimp ?, in particular dwarf shrimp like the red cherry shrimp (and others)

If I recall correctly I have heard people say they have kept them together. I'd imagine the shrimp are fast enough to get away. Maybe a few don't.

I've kept them together with no problems. I always keep some pest snails in there also to keep the assassins busy though.

Ive kept them together without any problems



However I have read stories about people seeing them eating shrimp
Though they were never caught in the act of hunting so it could have been them scavenging a freshly deceased shrimp.

Keeping other snails for them to hunt is a good idea though
