I've had this angelfish for over a year and recently added a few fish. It's a 45 gallon tank and these spots started showing up on his tail. But, it's not on any other fish and not anywhere else on his body. Is this something to be concerned about? I don't think it is ich, but I could be wrong.

That does look like ich actually. Are those more spots on the body or is it the picture?

"Recently added new fish" is one of the most common reasons why you'll get an ich outbreak. Did you quarantine the new fish before adding them to the angel tank? If so, for how long?

Oh and welcome to the forum

I didn't quarantine them at all, I usually just roll the dice. And the new fish have been in the tank for about 2 weeks. And no those aren't spots on the body of him either.

Does not look like ich to me. I've had fish with such spots on the fins (not as many though). They go away on their own in time.

Yeah I'm gonna wait and see if any other fish seem to get ich, I don't think it's ich but I'm not all that sure yet.
