Is 5 good size anubias plants on wood and 2 small ones with some other rooted plants enough for a tall 3 ft, 155 liter tank with 30 fish in all including 20 small tetras be good enough for the aquarium? Are anubias plants good for keeping nitrates low? Cheers mankebo.

I love Anubias. They come in many styles and sizes. But they grow so slowly that they really don't do a lot for water quality. Better than plastic. Float some Anubias for shade and for places to hide and sleep in.
If there's no ammonium to eat, plants absorb ammonia. No ammonia, then nitrite. No nitrite, then nitrate. Plants reduce everything to ammonium which they use for energy to power photosynthesis. Fast-growing stem plants and floaters do this best.
