Use some gravel from the existing tank for the new one and add some Amquel or Prime to the water, and cycle with the Danios. Gravel will seed the tank better than BioSpira or any other other bacterial seeding product. You will have bacteria that have adapted to and thrive in your exact water parameters, plus they will be actively growing when you seed them, they won't have to wake up out of their suspended animation. Any lag they may have will be taken care of by the ammonia detoxifier.
