First of all, sorry for not being on here for a while, my life's been good but busy.

My poor little dwarf gourami, Neo got ich about a week after I got him from the pet store. I raised the temp to 88 in the tank and he seemed to get better. Today though, I found him lying almost flat on the ground. His ich is back :-( He only moved when I tried to get him with the net. I've got him in a one gallon heated QT ATM. He'll go after food only if I put it literally on his lip. I've got a ~3 gallon dose of SeaChem Kanaplex in there.
More info:

Tank: 30 gallon, planted. QT'd in a 1 gallon.
Params: Main tank: 0 QT: 0
Tankmates: 6 tiger barbs in the main tank. They haven't shown any signs of any troubles either time Neo got sick.

The last time I added fish was about 3 weeks ago. Should I also add salt or Tetracycline? I'm trying to find some clove oil if things go even more south....

How long did you heat the tank?
I must say im afraid the 1g QT tank will be to stressful. A DG needs a bigger qt tank. I dont qt in less then 10g . Was the heat treatment done in the main tank..or the 1g?

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately the little guy died this morning  To answer your question, the heat was done in the 20 gallon.
