So I have a 29 Gallon Freshwater tank that has 14 Neon tetras, 6 Cory cats and 1 BN pleco(I'm considering selling). It is running an AquaClear 30. I was wondering if I am maxed out on fish that I can add. I wanted to add fish that would ocuppy the top of the tank or just a centerpiece fish. Can I add any more fish?

You are pushing it, but with regular water changes you should be fine with a small addition. You should look into adding a three-spot gourami, or a pair of bolivian rams. Just be careful with the rams since they'd do better in a larger tank but with good hiding places they should do fine.
