Hi I have a new 20 gallon tank that has been running for over a month now and I was wondering what type of fish I can put in it

I'm only aware of 2 twenty gallon sizes - longs (30x12x12) and highs (24x12x16). What's the difference between a high and a regular? What are the dimensions of your tank? There are 20 highs, 20 longs and 20 regulars. The actual dimensions of your tank will ultimately depend on how many fish you can get.
I, personally, would go with a coupla schools of barbs or tetras as my main swimmers and then get a school of corys as my bottom swimmers.
There are those two sizes as well as a 20 xhigh (20X10X24). I'm thinking that's what FishyFishy89 meant, but just got confused with the names.I'm only aware of 2 twenty gallon sizes - longs (30x12x12) and highs (24x12x16). What's the difference between a high and a regular?
20 high is the standard 20 gallon size. I think there's a 20 hex too. I didn't know that there were extra highs. Not sure why anyone would want one, to be honestThere are those two sizes as well as a 20 xhigh (20X10X24). I'm thinking that's what FishyFishy89 meant, but just got confused with the names.
The length discussion impacts fish choice. As do parameters which we still don't know.it's just a normal marine land 20 gallon fish tank
