ok so i was just at the lfs and i happened past a 50 gallon tank....48 1/4"L x 12 3/4"W x 20"H... now i always thought those were the dimensions of the 55 gallon 48" x 13" x 21"... does that 1 and 1/4" difference constitute 5 gallons? ... am i wrong or have they just started measuring differently?
