Paracite swimming around in my tank, Help?

1 Attachment(s)
I found this thing swimming around in my tank, its certainly not meant to be there.
Can anyone tell me what it is?
Where it could come from?
Is it a one off or could there be more?
What damage can it do?
How do I get rid of it?

Normally feed flake food but do use mixed frozen feed sometimes, worms, daphnia etc could it be a larva hatched from this?

Any thoughts please!!

Parasites would live in or on the fish, this looks like some sort of bug. Possibly fell into your tank and has been living in it for a while, not sure where you’re from or if that’s common. I’d keep an eye out for anymore and observe the fish closely for acting sickly. Maybe post it on reddit r/aquariums that’s a bigger community

It's an aquatic insect larva. Surprised that no fish have sucked it up yet.
