How to de-stress your fish

Hey everyone,

I have learned one thing from being here there are a number of different ways that your fish can become stressed. Now I would like to do how to achieve the opposite. I would like to know because I know that there are plenty of factors in my home that could stress my fish, and I would prefer to avoid that as much as possible.

Does anyone have any specific suggestions that they might want to give? I would really appreciate that, thanks so much!

Very broad question. What is your water chemistry of your water source, what is the size of the tank and what plants or fish do you have?

The solution is dilution.
