It is worth mentioning that my Tropicalfishkeeping tank and Betta account, are very intertwined, my aquariums, other chit chat, etc. may be on there.

Hi! My name is Kbud and I am a newbie when it comes to betta keeping, but I also keep tropical fish. Check my signature out, and you will see some links to some forums I am on, as well as what fish I have and my aquariums.

I have one betta named "Soap MacTavish" after a video game character. He is a male and very handsome. I got him and his tank on 1/27/13.
Aside from fish, I enjoy metalworking, fishing, plants, tropical plants, houseplants, exotic plants, fruiting plants, herbs, aquatic plants, veggies, etc. Oh, and CARNIVOROUS PLANTS!
I have two dogs, an awesome horse named Freddie, and fish. Some activities I do are taekwondo (I have reached 2nd degree black belt!) and horseback riding. I love researching and learning as much as I can about many things.
I also am on a few other forums, so I'm sorry if I can't be on 24/7
