I have NEVER seen one like this!! what is he?

We think he was a half-moon or a delta, but he did have some fin mutation that caused damaged fins to grow back double. Minor injuries turned into more and more fin, and I think it eventually killed him. He unfortunately passed away last Sunday. He was gorgeous, though, and I pampered him like crazy. If you check out more recent photos of him, you can see the top fin had grown really strangely. Some people are hypothesizing that he was severely inbred and that's what led to his death. The other fish in his 10 gallon are fine, and the water parameters were normal.
