Molly fry madness!!
My tank has been set up since June. I have 4 neon tetras. 2 female adult mollies, 2 3/4 month old mollies born in the tank, 3 guppies and 2 algae snails. 30 litre tank. The black molly arrived pregnant and gave birth pretty quickly after I got the tank. Two weeks ago new molly fry appeared I have no idea who gave birth to them and today again very tiny molly fry have appeared. I have no idea who is giving birth. 1 molly is hiding in a hollow rock and the other has been lying on a rock, falling on her side and laboured breathing. Neither of their stomachs have been big or looking like they were pregnant. I’m really lost they are both females not sure how fry keep being born! PLEASE HELP! 🙂

Sounds like the one laying on a rock needs to be in a separate tank. You might consider more frequent water changes and 1/4 teaspoon of aquarium salt per gallon added just after the water change. Keep a close eye on the snails because some types can not tolerate even that low dose of salt.
