Got my shrimp tank going!

It turns out this is a 5 gallon hex, and it has been cycled and prepared for RCS, and all the ones that arrived alive, are scurrying about, apparently happy. They are tiny but should get a little bigger. I'm just so thrilled that they seem to be doing great. It said not to feed them for 12 hours, but they are pigging out on whatever they can find, so I'm content to wait until tomorrow morning.
I saw other recommendations that included leaving the lights off, but I acclimated them with the one small CF light on, and I don't think it being off would have helped.
Great day!

They looking good. Congrats on the new additions.

IMO, shrimp seem to acclimate a lot quicker than fish do, so i think that leaving on the light wouldn't harm them at all. They be fine IMO.

I've never had any problems with 'Impulse Buying'. They're just animals that I forgot I had planned to get.
