Aquarium
Some kind of barb, not tetra, due to the lack of a adipose fin which majority of tetras have. Now to just figure out what kind of barb.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

All the picks I have seen tell me a female rosy barb. Noticed today when the light hits her right she has a red hue to her scales.

Good catch!

Maybe a pale rosy?

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Definitely a rosy barb, females don't exhibit the rosy color like the males do. Also if we want to be thorough the original pic also had a male rosy barb (both barbs are of the neon color variety) (Pethia conchonius), a serpae tetra (Hyphessobrycon serpae), and a pearl gourami (Trichogaster leeri)
