New plants. These where some left overs from my 65g 'new shipment' to fill out an empty part of the tank.
- Plagiochila sp. 'Cameroon Moss' <<< to fill out the area where i had the mini velvet dieoff... decided to leave my 'spare' where it is and not move it high up.... The moss is almost like bolbitis (which i found out a rhizome snuck in.. ill leave it in there, if it gets too big ill take it out)
- Hydrocotyle tripartita 'Japan' <<< interesting leaf shape and light colour which i hope will add a leave of complexity to the scape. It however arrived with many broken leaves and stems, but already seeing new growth in just a couple of days so im hopeful it will recover soon. I have some glass cups coming over from china, which im debating on using these and making a waterfall to cover the heater..
:)

In this shipment I had some hitch-hiking plants, so i decided to craft some mesh slides and see what type of plant it is... Im thankful that i decided to do a bleach dip and really break apart the stems and what not... otherwise, would have missed these plants. Currently im thinking I've got:
- (More) Xmas moss
- (More) fissidens moss.. however ill let these grow out and see if it is them or not... if they are, great, ill think of something to do with them... if not, new 'plants' to try out and find a spot for.
- Riccia fluitans (has that characteristic leaf shape.... dunno if I want to leave it or take it out... We all know that its a PITA to remove once established....)
- Caloglossa cf. beccarii*aka Red Moss... i only have a couple of fronds - actually an algae - but it is red and this is the onky plant i know if that has small red leaves... I also heard its a pain, but i might try it out since I currently dont havr any 'red plants' in there... Since it is an algae, and if its gets out of control I'll just spot dose it with excel to kill it off - assuming it works. It's a rather expensive plant, so it be good if it does grow well and i could use a little 'side income'... We'll see.

I've never had any problems with 'Impulse Buying'. They're just animals that I forgot I had planned to get.
