Transparent Creature in Tank (Identify Please)

Dear Experts,

So, I came across this transparent creature sitting in a bed of green hair algae that I've been battling.

Any Idea what it may be? Harmful or Safe?

The entire creature resembles a spider and is see-through. It looks like it has 6 legs with some have small pincers on it.

All help is appreciated,
~Metal

Agreed. A possible shrimp has shed. Something will clean it up.
