Any big temp, salinity, or PH swings? Ammonia build up? Copper introduction?

There was an outbreak of red slime so I used medicine on it and when it was gone so was that. My xenia and hairy mushroom also recently died. The only ones surviving are the blastomussa, acan (it grew two heads), and the leather mushroom (which almost died). What supplements should I add to my reef I have already added iodide and a "reef supplement" what else

I try not to add anything without knowing the tank needs it,most often a simple water change will get you the results you want. Check all the parameters and get them in line and keep them there, stability is your friend.
