Spotted African Leaf vs Oscars

First, is a Spotted African Leaf Fish a Cichlid? If it isn't does anyone know if the African Leaf Fish can make it in a tank with Cichlids, specificly with Oscars and or Electric Blues?

Do you meant the Leopard Ctenopoma ?

If so, I would say not.
It's profile indicates that it does not do well with large, aggressive tankmates and Oscars are the very definition of large and aggressive.

Check out the Ctenopoma's profile under the Tropical Fish Profiles tab at the top of the page in the dark blue band.
They're in the Anabantid section.

Or you can click the blue area around the fish's name in the first line of this post and that will take you straight to the profile.

Spotted leaf fish are Polycentropsis abbreviata and no they are not cichlids.

What size tank are we talking about?

There is an issue here already as Oscars and African Cichlids require different water parameters and food, mixing them is not advised.

10g Fry / Hospital / QT tank (as needed)

75g Saltwater Reef, Ocellaris Clownfish, Lyretail Antias (baby), Lemon damsel, Longtail Fairy Wrasse, purple dottyback, snails, crabs and a few LPS corals.

220g Still sitting empty (come on Lottery I need the numbers to come up!)
