Angelfish fighting or mating

I have 2 angelfish that seem quite aggressive towards each other. I had problems with one bullying the other and biting and ripping fins so I put it in a seperation box but I’ve just left it out again after a few days and now the fighting seems two sided.
They lip lock a lot (which I know is fighting and mating behaviour) but they also quite viciously attack and brawl with each other.
I know it’s probably not mating but could anyone give me suggestions as to what I can do to stop it if it is fighting??

Those are both males (both have a hump). What size tank? One of them will most likely end up dead. Either only have one, exchange one out for a female (still could have issues), or go to a large (75+) tank and add more angels and places of cover. These fish are straight-up fighting for the tank and will either kill or die of stress.

My tank is just over 120L I don’t know what that is in gallons (just over 30 maybe ?)
I ended up removing one of the Angels for just over a day and reintroducing it as a new fish, they haven’t fought like they were before but I can tell they’re a bit antsy and wary of each other so it’s probably just going to start back up again.
I can’t afford to buy a bigger tank So if they start fighting again I maybe have to remove or replace one like you suggested 😔
