Red splotch under skin

Hello everyone, I'm not entirely new to the aquarium world but this is my first for at into a large-ish community tank. Everything looks A-OK. Except my reason for posting, one of my julii Cory's had got this rather large patch of red that appears to be under the skin and it's only visible on one side and none of my other babies have it. Just wondering if it's something I need to worry about or just some coloration unique to that fish.
My ammonia and nitrate are both at zero my nitrite stays around 10 to 15 PPM I currently have the temperature at 86 degrees to treat for ich that I got on some of my other fish but as far as Behavior goes everybody is acting completely normal. Aqadvisor has my stocking capacity at nearly completely full but I'm running two filters so the water is circulating very well. A bit of a rambler post but if anybody knows anything please let me know.
