Mystery egg sac

What's up guys just came across this forum and I have a question for you all. I got an order of plants in for my ten gallon tank and on one of the dwarf sag leaves is this egg sac with two black worm looking things inside of it. I know this isn't the best picture but it's the best I could get with my phone. Any ideas on what it could be?

I think I would be inclined to break off that leave and pull it out of there. Usually you end up with snails but wormy like things? Could be a larva of some insect tho.
