Feeding Schedule

Hello everyone,
I haven't used this forum in a long time so I kind of forget how it works but I was just curious to see if anyone could give me advice on a feedign schedule for my 4-year old gold saum. Right now, all I do is feed him pellets, I don't want to do live food! :( My heart can't take it. I want to do frozen foods. I just need advice with decently-priced food options to make sure he is getting a good diet. I also have no idea how often or how much I should feed him of these different types of food as well.
He is 6 inches and I'm not sure if he is full-grown. Thanks!
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Frozen shrimp and mussels from the grocery store, frozen peas, and spinach are great for bringing out color. These items with a high quality pellet food would be good. Rotate feeding pellets and fresh foods. Live feeders I would not recommend due to likelyhood of disease or parasite transfer to your fish. The only live food I would feed would be a pet quality earthworm.

Oh I feed pellet in the morning and fresh at night. Every other day, unless he begs than I can't refuse.
