Apisto replacement

Hi. Unfortunately after 3 months I had my first fatality. I lose my female apistogramma last night (picture of her attached). I have a tank of rummy nose and phantom tetras and 2 blue angel fish. Now my male apisto is alone and was wondering if there are any specific rules regarding introducing another female to the tank. Tank water chemistry was all normal and the female had been going well for a few months but became slow and listing the last day or two, started a salt treatment yesterday but it seems any treatment was too late. Many thanks.
