Stale Water!

Hello. My tank is a ten gallon tank and I emptied the entire thing out after my fish were moved to my larger 56 gallon tank. So I didn't tend to it for a while and now that I cleaned the entire thing out of water gravel and decor there are white deposits on the walls I am pretty sure that is is stale water and I was wondering how to get it off because I cannot get it off it is not an easy job please any advice or tricks?

Try using clear/white vinegar. It is not toxic, and is good on water spots, caused by calcium.

+1 to white vinegar. Just cleaned up a similar tank and it cleaned up very well.

Both and a heater guppies are tropical fish.
