Red Sea Test Labs Master Reef Lab

I am in need of a good test kit suitable for a reef tank, is the Red Sea Test Labs Master Reef Lab any good or do I need to look elsewhere? (Master test kit for reef aquariums: Red Sea Master Reef Lab at Doctors Foster and Smith)

I've heard a lot of negative en regards to this test kit. I'd say to go with ATP or Salifer or something like that. The red sea is very unreliable.

API and salifert is what i use personally. ive heard elos is of the same qaulity.

as an added aside, I would not count on getting all of the kits from one place (i.e. a master test kit) chances are, you will end up using different brands for different tests. Ive been using Aquarium Pharmiceuticals (API) for several years with no complaints. I have also used Sera and Salifert kits. Currently, I use the following:

Ammonia (API)
Nitrite (API)
Nitrate (API)
pH (API)
Calcium (API)
Alkalinity (API)
Phosphates (API)
Iron (Sera)
Magnesium (Salifert) I tried the Sera Mg kit, but was very dissatisfied with the results

I was just about to post a thread asking the same question lol. I'm gonna look into the API Kit. I was gonna go Red Sea..glad I read this.
