Worms?

Doing a water change today in my 30g tank which has been going a year, I see lots of microscopic white and very thin worms - does anyone know what this is?

I am stocked with 3 angels, 5 rosy barbs, 2 flying fox and 2 african frogs.
I haven't added any new fish or ornaments for months.

TIA

Planaria. Doing more water changes and reducing feeding rations should help reduce their population.
