Meds are generally stressful and harmful to fish, including pregnant fish. Why are you medicating?

Consider the needs of your fish before acting on your desires.

Your first line of defense is always 50% daily water changes. IME the vast majority of problems stems from water quality. Changes can solve a lot of problems, not to mention prevent a lot also. Have you tested your water for ammonia nitrites and nitrates? How long has your tank been running?

IME, glancing when there are no visible signs of illness, is a water issue, most of the time. When I get glancing, a few water changes stops it. Good luck. Did glancing start at the same time as when you bought new fish?
