White spot

High all....

One of my female guppys have recently had white spot. I have given her a course of treatment in a 'hospital tank' and it seems to have done the trick.

I was wondering how soon after it has gone could i re-introduce her to back into my community tank?
I have done multiple water changes on my main tank to ensure theres no danger of it re catching it straight away and as a precautionary measure.

Also... Is there anything else i should do before reintruducing her or anything i should keep a look out for?

Thanks in advance.

With white spot/ ich, you need to treat the whole tank. When the cyst breaks open on the fish it releases the contagious phase of the organism into the tank. It is most likely if this fish was in the tank with the others before you started treatment, that the other fish have been exposed. If you have any thing like snails or shrimp in the tank you will need to remove them before treating. Also depending on the type of fish that are in the tank you will need to be careful for any fish that can be sensitive to treatments.
