White "Splotches" On Dojo?

My dojo has these random white splotches all over its body. It looks like the flesh is a bit torn there.
It's had it for a while, I'm not sure if it bothers it because it seems ok.

I thought it might be a fungus but i have no idea.
I didnt have a camera so i took a video
