whats wrong with my tank??

Im new to fish, my tank has been going for about 2 months, we started with 5 danios and 10 ghost shrimp, everything goes ok till one of the shrimp dies for some unknown reason, then the tank goes to poo, the ph bottems out, and the water goes so foggy you cant see in more than 2in and it stinks alot, so I find dead shrimp and remove and do 6gallon waterchange (my tap water ph is 7.6 so it helps alot) and then the next day everything is back to normal. this time was different I was down to my last 3 shrimp and 2 died back to back (within 6 hours) so I did the normal and then decided to get rid of the last shrimp too, but the next day it wasnt better, it was back to the way it was (cloudy, low low ph, super stink) so i repeat and increast water change level to 9 gal, and take out the fake rocks and sterilize and also clean gravle,at this time levels look ok, and not so cloudy, but the next day its back again. what do I need to do??? its been like this for about a week

Tank size:30gallon
pH:less than 6!!!
ammonia:1ppm
nitrite:almost 0
nitrate:10ppm
kH
gH
tank temp:80

Tank inhabitants:5 zebre danios, 3 tiger barbs, just lost last ghost shrimp

Recent additions to tank (living or decoration):plants (just more of the same, 5 tiger barbs (one jumped out of tank, one died in tank)

watch out ¡ YOSUR PH IS VERY LOW, AND THAT I DANGEROUS TO THE SHRIMPS. ALSO YOU HAVE AMMONIA AND THAT IS NO GOOD.

no, these numbers are like after water changes and stuff, (shrimp are gone for good, im tired of messing with them) but i can fix my levels and get the ph to 6.8 or so and amonia down to almost 0 and the next day its right back. what the hey??

PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHAT IS THE GRAVEL YOU ARE USING, WHAT KIND OF DECORATIONS DO YOU HAVE, IS THERE ANY METALLIC ITEM IN YOUR TANK, (COPPER, ALUMINUM, STEEL, ETC) WHAT KIND OF WATER ARE YOU USING , AND WHAT IS YOUR MAIN OR SECONDARY FILTRATION.

IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT SOMETHING IS KILLING YOPUR BENEFICIAL BACTERIA, OR IS NOT THRIVING ADEQUATELY, AND YOSUR PH IS BEING INFLUENCED BY SOME DECORATION OR EVEN YOUR WATER, I DO NOT KNOW, PLEASE LET ME GET AN IDEA OF YOUR TANK. IS IT OVERPOPULATED?, TOO MUCH BOGWOOD PERHAPS? NSOT GOOD AQUARIUM HUSBANDRY? WHAT IS INSIDE YOUR TANK?I NEED TO KNOW MORE.

WHY DO NOT USE A BETTER LOOKING GRAVEL, LETS SAY SILICA GRAVEL, SILICA GRAVEL WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR PH, YOUR TANK IS I THINK UNDER FILTERED, YOAU MUST UPGRADE YOUR FILTRATION TO MAKE YOUR LIF E A LITTLE BIT EASIER, TRY TO KEEP YOUR PH HIGHER THAN 6 BY USING SOM KIND OF BUFFER, LETS SAY PROPER PH FROM AQUARIUM PHARMACEUTICALS, WHAT ELSE IS IN THE TANK ?

8 2in fish in a 30 gal tank shouldnt be overpopulated, my tap water is 7.6 so thats not the cause of the acid, and nothing in the tank has been added, I think the cloudy water is some kind of bacteria because of the bad smell, and the acid may be a result, like i said when i do a water change it gets better (not worse) but the next day its back to bad

USE AN EXTERNAL FILTER BUT A GOOD ONE AND SUITABLE FOR YOUR TANK VOLUME, THE MEDIA SHOULD HAVE ACTIVATED CARBON, FOAM OR FLOSS AND CERAMIC INTENDED FOR NITRIFYING BACTERIA. CHANGE YOUR GRAVEL AND USE SILICA GRAVEL.
